The White Rabbit is a modern British restaurant, owned and operated by chefs Robyn and David Gledhill.  

The White Rabbit was opened in October 2015 and has firmly established itself as a destination for people near and far and those seeking the finest, most imaginative food. 

Opening The White Rabbit was a joint dream for Robyn and David; after both working as professional chefs for a number of years they both felt it was time to pursue their own vision and passion for food in a space they could put their own stamp on. 

The White Rabbit strives to provide high quality dining in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Menus are created using both classic and modern techniques to create fascinating and unique dishes. 

Things can be unexpected, playful and sometimes even slightly BONKERS ! 

 

The White Rabbit is situated in the center of the pennine market town of Todmorden and is close to bus and rail links.

We are open- Wednesday - Saturday evenings, bookings taken between 6:30pm and 8:00 pm, and we open Saturday Lunch, bookings taken between 12pm - 2pm.

*Please note we do not close up at 8pm or 2pm we just do not take bookings to arrive after these times due to the nature of a tasting menu being served over a longer period of time, his ensures all guests are able to finish dining and enjoy after dinner drinks etc at a reasonable time.

We offer gift vouchers that can be made up to your required amount, available to collect in the restaurant or call and pay over the phone to arrange postage. *Evouchers/email print version is not available

The White Rabbit offers an eight course tasting menu and a five course tasting menu that changes every month allowing us to work closely with suppliers and seasons to ensure the best produce. Both tasting menus are available at both lunch and dinner. Both tasting menus are available with the option of matching wine flights allowing customers to experience a range of food and wines that compliment each other.

Please note that we politely request the whole table dine from either the eight course tasting menu or the five course tasting menu this is to ensure customers all enjoy the same experience. 

The White Rabbit operates a 12yrs and over policy in the restaurant due to the environment and nature of the food not being generally child friendly and no children’s menu in operation. However should you have a child that is a budding chef or food critic that you think would like to experience a tasting menu please enquire and let us know on booking. 

All allergies and dietary requirements can and will be catered for but only possible if the restaurant is informed on booking as food is produced fresh each day.  

Produce is always sourced as locally as possible, The White Rabbit is a strong believer in using food and supporting producers from the beautiful rural area of Todmorden and Calderdale.
